Barbeque beef brisketburnt ends are tops. Friendly customer service. They get get my order right everytime.
We placed an online order in the evening during the week. I only had to wait about 5 or so minutes before the young lady brought my order to me. She went through the bag and explained what each container was. Which was helpful. We had Ribs and Pulled pork. The food was good and all the sides were fresh, the baked potato was too! I did notice that on the feast meal, there is only two sides and not three as previously offered. Other than that we were very pleased with our food.
Went to Bandana's for Mother's Day. I got the pork sandwich and my son got the chicken sandwich and both were delicious. The meats were tender and the fries were hot. Love their food.
We've been sitting here waiting for our order for about 20 minutes. Then we were told there were so many "to go" orders , that is what was taking so long. I'm sorry, but we are here, in your restaurant, and not getting any service. Our server was very apologetic and the food was very good. I just think people sitting in your restaurant should not have to wait for the "to go" orders to be filled.
I went here for lunch as I am in town working nearby and based on the reviews. The waitress was very friendly and sweet. The place was clean, cool and inviting. I ordered a bbq baked potato, which came with one side (I ordered okra) and garlic toast. The food came out with 5 minutes. It was a healthy portion with lots of meat. The baked potato was a good size and had lots of melted cheese on top. All of the food was delicious. The bbq had a different kind of flavor, which was okay, but the potato was perfect! I will definitely return when I'm in town and recommend to others. The waitress checked on me lots and even offered me a to-go drink!
So I typically don't rate chains very highly but this location does a great job of handling large groups and providing great customer service. I ordered dinner for the family late one evening and they met the need for good food. We got the BBQ for 4 family style dinner with chicken, slab ribs (lightly sauced) and pulled pork plus 4 sides: Fried green beans, sweet potato fries, potato salad and baked beans along with the famous garlic bread. I was nervous about feeding my mom this chain food, but she was actually happy with it. Yay me! The young lady took the time to review my to go order before I left the store and ensured all utensils and sauces were in the bag. I'll definitely recommend this location and frequent them again.
